How to Print a PDF

Printing a PDF.

1. When opening a PDF, Adobe Reader displays the document. Adobe Reader has a toolbar at the top of the screen (Figure 1).

2.  Click the printer icon (circled above) to print. The Print dialog box appears (Figure 2).

3.  Choose the Name of the printer you wish to use from the drop-down menu at the top of the dialog box.

4.  To print double sided or to print multiple pages per sheet, click Properties. A new dialog box opens (Figure 3). To print double sided, select Flip on Long Edge  from the drop-down menu. To print multiple pages per sheet, select a number from the Pages Per Sheet menu. Click OK to finalize all selections.

5.  Click OK on the Print dialog box to print the PDF.
