Glossy Paper - Full Color $3.50 per sq. foot

Students are allocated a print allowance of $30.00 each regular semester and $15.00 for the summer session to cover some of their color and black and white printing. Printing in excess of the allocation, and all large format (plotter) printing are billed to the student's fee statement. Print activity, print history and current charges can all be viewed by students using an application-called "My Print Charges"-located on the desktops of the PCs in the labs.

Charges accrued from TAMU staff using printers in the OALs will now be billed to their respective department(s) through the CIS Business Office. Faculty charges will be billed to and paid for by the Associate Provost for Information Technology. Like students, faculty and staff will be able to view their print activity and history using the same "My Print Charges" application.

More information on printing on the Open Access Labs can be found in the Printing Rates FAQ.
